Want To Know Why?

  • Why do I sometimes feel totally inadequate?

  • Why do I sometimes feel that everybody else in the world 'gets it'?

  • Why can't I just seem to manage 'normal life'?

  • Why can't I just pull myself together? Why do I bury my head in the sand?

  • Why can't I shake these bad habits?

You are not alone. Most people struggle with the part of the brain that seems to just do things on ‘automatic’ pilot. This "helper" is knows as ‘the subconscious’. It helps you do things like write your name, drive or tie your shoelaces but it also springs into action when you accidently knock something of a shelf and your hand flies out to catch it without even any pause for thought. Unfortunately, that part of the brain is very efficient and is already headed down a path and it feels like there is nothing you can do to stop it. So when life happens and we get triggered, your brain fires up a panic attack, bad habit, PTSD or phobia, That's where I come in, helping you to change what needs to be changed to improve the quality of your life. It's a very scientific process and doesn't take a lot of time. Most clients commit to 2 sessions and report good results.
