Habits & Emotions on Autopilot

After spending many years as a hypnotist, I started noticing that some clients were reporting that their habits and emotions seemed to run on "autopilot". While the subconscious is the area of the mind involved with enforcing habits and finding the meaning in our life, it seemed for some that physically something more was at play.

During the quiet months of Covid, I decided to look into neuroscience for answers on what could be happening with these clients. What I found was a perfectly logical answer, one based in science and all. After completing the course and certification, I am now a trained Level One BWRT Specialist. BWRT stands for BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® and is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It is carried out in a completely conscious state and doesn’t use hypnosis or any mystical concepts - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it to be successful. Only bona fide BWRT practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.

We don't tend to notice that our brain starts to react to all sorts of things before we are consciously aware of it. BWRT explains why.....

-we sometimes feel totally inadequate

- we sometimes feel that everybody else in the world 'gets it'

- no matter how hard we try, we just can't seem to manage 'normal life'

-we sometimes 'bury our head in the sand' about a problem

-we sometimes have not even the slightest idea of why we feel miserable

- it's usually not possible to 'just pull yourself together'd easy

Why it's usually not possible to 'just pull yourself together'

When you realize that the brain is so very fast and efficient, then it makes sense that your brain is already headed down a path before you even realize a decision is about to be made. Wouldn't you like to have a jump start on that choice?

The clients who have opted for BWRT have really enjoyed the process and notice some amazing results in just a few sessions.
